Coaching
Hi & welcome to my homepage. I'm currently being trained as a personal coach by a Technical College in Germany called Impulse e.V.
What is my motivation?
Well, I think I have been trained very early to take care of myself due to circumstances within my personal life. More and more people would open up to me and ask me for advice. But people asking you for advice doesn't make you a therapist or in any way qualified to help others. I felt too old to start a psychology course, so I looked for alternatives and found a course that trains you to become a personal coach with a focus on psychology. I was able to dive into this topic I was so interested in. Through that course and some more research I realised I'm neurodivergent. This was huge! I realised something else. With the help of mindfulness I managed to control some symptopms of my ADHD. And ever since I have a big urge to help people become more mindful. To make coaching more personalised and to helo people find their own way to help themselves.
How do I combine creativity with coaching?
I think creativity is a big part of coaching. Being creative by yourself or with a group can help you let go of feelings that would usually get stuck in your body. Creativity in this case can be anything you want and feel comfortable with. It can be painting, drawing, writing, dancing, singing, acting, or even just talking. I think the most important thing is to be creative in a way that feels good for you. I want to help you find your own way of being creative. I want to help you find your own way of being mindful. I want to help you find your own way of being you.
How can you book a coaching session?
Just get in touch with me via email. Depending on where you live and how comfortable you feel, we can arrange a telephone or video call. The first meeting is for us to find out if I can truly helpd you, what your expectations are and for us to get to know each other. After that phone call I can put together an offer and program for you.
